Summary Explanation/Background
Over a year ago, the Broward County Commission voted to start a TOPS pilot program, using Taxi’s and TNC’s. The purpose of this agenda item is to have an open discussion with County Administration/Transportation Department, to find out why there has been such a delay, how to overcome the delays and to get a firm implementation date.
