Summary Explanation/Background
Allows the Board to discuss publicly the status of the request to expand the number of TOPS call center representatives to alleviate call wait times. Riders have reported having call wait times in upwards of 40 minutes. Adding more call center representatives for the TOPS program, would help alleviate the wait times for customers.
