LIBRARY SYSTEMS - VICE MAYOR FURR
ACTION: (T-4:31 PM) Vice Mayor Furr noted an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for the libraries circulation system and asked if the following could be included: an application/programing interface that would allow for library cards to have dual functionality (to allow library cards to be programmed for other uses) and to also allow a way for persons born in Broward County to have a lifetime library card.
