This plat, located on 104.1 acres on the north side of Copans Road, between I-95 and the CSX Railroad, in the City of Pompano Beach, restricts Parcel F-6 to 13,400 square feet of industrial use. The applicant is requesting to amend the note on Parcel F-6 to 21,000 square feet of industrial/office use which permits up to 50% office use within a single tenant building or bay.
