The overall travel budget subject to the travel rules in Fiscal Year 2018 is $1,728,710 reflecting a $123,430 net increase compared to the Fiscal Year 2017 Adopted Budget. Of the $123,430, $64,390 is attributable to an increase in the Port Everglades travel budget to expand markets in Asia and South America, and $40,430 is due to increases in the Aviation travel budget to better align with the current level of expenses.
The following attachments summarize the travel budgets for all Departments, Divisions, and Offices, showing the Fiscal Year 2016 actual expenses, the Fiscal Year 2017 Adopted and Revised budgets, and the Fiscal Year 2018 Recommended Budget.
