FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) ASSISTANCE – COMMISSIONER HOLNESS
ACTION: (T-1:06 PM) Commissioner Holness asked Parks Director Dan West to provide an overview of assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Parks Director Dan West noted that C.B Smith Park, Quiet Waters Park and Central Broward Regional Park will be open tomorrow through Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. to help residents with assistance from FEMA, as a result of Hurricane Irma.
