The attached exhibits list the checks issued and electronic payments made for each month as follows: Exhibit 1 – April 1, 2017 through April 30, 2017; Exhibit 2 – May 1, 2017 through May 31, 2017; Exhibit 3 – June 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017.
