This plat, located on approximately one (1) acre on the west side of University Drive (SR 817) and south of Griffin Road (SR 818), in the Town of Davie, is currently restricted to 5,500 square feet of bank use. The applicant is requesting to allow for 5,600 square feet of commercial use in lieu of the bank use. See attached Staff Report.
